Security in Change

Perceptions of security and threats are constantly evolving. New perspectives and areas of focus are emerging in relation to digitalization, digital rights, democracy, the economy, and health.

In its research, SaferGlobe examines the continuous transformation of security. It evaluates the applicability of security concepts to various practical situations, investigates threats to security and their causes, and offers concrete means to promote security. Research subjects include both conflict zones—where enhancing security is a significant part of achieving sustainable peace—and more stable societies.
