SaferGlobe provides training to support conflict sensitive operations in fragile contexts. The training has received support from the Finnish Foreign Ministry.
The aim of the training is to help business professionals, organisation and future entrepreneurs adopt conflict sensitive approaches. The training is comprised of a pre-training questionnaire and the actual interactive and practically-oriented training, which includes a scenario based exercise.
Throughout the training, we focus on both the concerns and the benefits of operating in fragile areas. In addition, we will discuss central concepts for operating in conflict contexts such as risk management, conflict sensitivity and business responsibility.
The training can be organized in Finnish or English. The length of the training can be tailored to fit 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
