The discussion will focus on the EU’s new and evolving approaches, alongside deepening cooperation among EU member states, aimed at strengthening internal security. Challenges such as increased digitalization, cybercrime, and the pressure on democratic values present additional hurdles to internal security.

What is the EU doing to advance preventive security measures, and how can social peace, resilience, and reduced internal conflict potential be fostered through pan-European cooperation?
